Let me start with the one number I want you to remember today. Right now, it takes us 24 hours on average to reply to a customer. Our goal is to cut that in half, to 12 hours. The first step is answering common questions automatically.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Upload your PPTX

ContentQuest reads slide order, titles, body text and speaker notes. Google Slides decks work once downloaded as .pptx.

  2. 2

Choose one speaker, a tone and a length

Pick narration with one speaker and a Professional tone. If your time slot is fixed, choose a length per slide to see the total speaking time.

  3. 3

    Refine and export

Regenerate only the slides you want to change and edit the wording directly. Export a .pptx with the script in its notes, or Word, then rehearse in Presenter Mode.

Tips for a better script

  • Put the numbers and conclusions you want to land in the slide text or notes so the script picks them up.
  • Add instructions like “Lead with the point” or “Explain jargon” to fit your audience.
  • English is estimated at about 150 words a minute, so a 10-minute talk is roughly 1,500 words.

How long should a presentation script be per slide?

At about 150 words a minute, a 30-second slide is roughly 75 words. ContentQuest’s length options are Brief (about 20 seconds, 50 words), Standard (about 45 seconds, 113 words) and Detailed (about 90 seconds, 225 words).

Does it work with slides that have little text?

Yes, but scripts are built from slide text and speaker notes, so image-only slides give it little to work with. A few words per point in the notes make the script far more accurate.

Can I rehearse with it?

Yes. Presenter Mode shows your script with a per-slide time target and a timer. On browsers with compatible voices, it can also read the script aloud.
