Generate PowerPoint speaker notes with AI

ContentQuest writes a script from each slide and creates a copy of your original PowerPoint with that script in the speaker notes. Open it in Presenter View and read your notes as you present.

Here are our third-quarter results. Revenue grew 12% year on year, and we added 340 new customers. Churn came in at 2.1%, slightly above our target. On the next slide, I’ll explain why and what we’re doing about it.

How to do it

  1. 1

    Upload your PPTX and generate

Load your slides, choose speakers and a tone, and generate. Existing notes are used as input too.

  2. 2

    Review slide by slide

Edit lines directly or regenerate a single slide until it sounds right.

  3. 3

    Export as PowerPoint (notes)

Choose your original .pptx in the export dialog to save a copy with the script in each slide’s speaker notes. Replace existing notes or add the script below them.

Tips for a better script

  • Notes are written in your browser. Your original file isn’t modified; you get a new file.
  • The file must have the same number of slides as the script. Choose the .pptx you generated it from.
  • For scripts with several speakers, you can write only one speaker’s lines into the notes.

What are speaker notes?

Speaker notes are a notes field attached to each PowerPoint slide. During a slideshow they appear only in Presenter View, not on the audience’s screen, so you can keep what you plan to say there.

Do I need Microsoft 365 Copilot?

No. ContentQuest is a web app that runs in your browser, so no Microsoft 365 license or add-in is required. All you need is a PowerPoint file (.pptx).

Will my existing notes be deleted?

You choose to replace them or add the script below them when exporting. Your original file isn’t changed; a new file is saved.

Got a deck ready?
Turn it into a script today.

You don’t have to write the first sentence alone. Upload your file, choose your speakers and tone, and you’re set.
